When you post a comment on amizman.com, you are required to provide a valid email address. At the same time, your IP address and your location (based on your IP address) may be retrieved. Users are not required to provide their real name when posting a comment on the website. However, user's real names are required when submitting jokes, poems, articles, and pictures.

Amizman.com will not, in any case publish the email address you provide via one of its forms. The site administration stores this information on a secure location. Your post is also securely transferred to the site's server. The email address can only be used to notify you when somebody replies to your post.

Amizman.com may not post a user's name with the joke, picture, poem, or article he/she has submitted if that user requests at the time of the submission (or shortly after) not to do so. However, the name is still required and the user has to agree with the posting policy described in the section below.
